Welcome to Corbett Safari Planner. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Nature of Services

Corbett Safari Planner is a private travel agency based in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. We provide consultancy, logistics, and planning services for wildlife safaris, hotel stays, and tour packages.

• We are not the official government department of Jim Corbett National Park.
• We act as a facilitator between the traveler and various service providers (Forest Department, hotels, transport).

2. Booking and Payments

• Advance Payments: A specific advance fee is required to initiate the booking process for permits and accommodations.
• Gate Payments: For certain safari packages, a portion of the fee is payable directly at the safari entry gate as per our transparent pricing model.
• Price Inclusions: All quotes provided by us include permit costs, vehicle charges, guide fees, and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Identification Requirements

• As per Forest Department regulations, all guests must provide valid, government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of booking.
• The original ID used for the booking must be carried by the traveler and presented at the safari entry gate. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the safari by authorities without a refund.

4. Safari and Zone Allotment

• Safari zones (Dhikala, Bijrani, Jhirna, etc.) are allotted by the Forest Department based on availability.
• While we make every effort to book your preferred zone, final allotment is subject to the official booking system’s availability at the time of processing.

5. Modification and Availability

• Advance Window: For core zones like Dhikala, bookings typically open 45 days in advance. We recommend early inquiries to increase the chances of successful booking.
• Park Closures: The Forest Department reserves the right to close certain zones or cancel safaris due to weather conditions, administrative reasons, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will assist with alternative arrangements or refunds as per the department’s policy.

6. User Conduct and Safety

• Travelers must follow all park rules and regulations, including those regarding littering, noise levels, and maintaining a safe distance from wildlife.
• Corbett Safari Planner is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the coordination of travel services. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or changes in services provided by third parties (hotels, airlines, or government departments) once the booking is confirmed.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the use of our services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
